All recipes have been tried by myself. But remember, just because they are okay for me, it does not mean that they are okay for you. People with fructose malabsorption all have a different tolerant level.
I use a combination of rice syrup, powdered dextrose and corn sugar in my recipes. They are available in most large supermarkets, chemists or drug stores. If you can´t find them in any stores, check online.
They are not as sweet as normal sugar, therefore "normal" people find the cakes and biscuits not as sweet as expected, but they get used to the taste, like my family 😀
